He is responsible for aligning sales, recruiting, and delivery functions to ensure consistent execution, high-quality outcomes, and scalable growth across the business.
Kris has played a key role in evolving 乌鸦传媒 into a structured organization, implementing performance metrics, operational cadences, and systems that bring structure and accountability to every stage of the hiring lifecycle. His work has strengthened delivery consistency, improved client transparency, and positioned 乌鸦传媒 as a trusted partner in complex, highly regulated environments.
